Las tintas offset sheetfed de NOVAGAL PRINTING INKS, han sido diseñadas para mejorar su eficiencia y rendimiento pero siempre cumpliendo con los objetivos de sostenibilidad.

NOVAGAL® PREMIUM contienen una  proporción elevada  de materias primas renovables; están libres de Cobalto y en línea con los parámetros de estandarización de impresión ISO 12647:2.

Nuestra selección de materias primas sigue de manera estricta, la lista de exclusión que nos proporciona EUPIA  respetando la regulación CONEG sobre metales pesados.

La serie NOVAGAL® PREMIUM está basada, como todas nuestras series,  en aceites vegetales cumpliendo con EN 71/3 (apta para embalaje de juguetes). Es una tinta diseñada para imprimir en alta definición, ofreciendo una gran intensidad.

NOVAGAL PRINTING INKS, SL recomienda esta serie para trabajos donde se requiera gran brillo y alta definición de color pero con esta tinta se debe imprimir con densidades por encima de las estándar para realzar el efecto visual. Incluso cuando se imprime con densidad óptima, NOVAGAL®PREMIUM es apropiada para reproducir líneas finas y fotografías con trama como miniaturas.

Esta tinta es adecuada para impresión comercial, publicidad y embalaje sobre soportes de papel y cartulina.

La serie NOVAGAL® PREMIUM  puede ser barnizada en línea con barnices base agua o en línea y fuera de línea con barnices base aceite para poder acelerar el acabado final.

En cuanto a la aplicación de barnices UV, se requiere el uso de un barniz primer  haciendo hincapié,  en la NO recomendación del uso de secado por IR si no se barniza en línea.

Como características generales de la tinta podemos decir que:

• Posee una alta pigmentación.
•  Tiene una buena resistencia mecánica.
• Tiene una excelente estabilidad litográfica a cualquier velocidad.
•  Posee una excelente capacidad de apilado y buena imprimibilidad.

 Sin embargo, una buena tinta requiere de una utilización correcta para poder sacar un mayor partido de sus cualidades.

NOVAGAL®PREMIUM, es una tinta fresca en tintero y están preparadas para su uso. No se necesitan aditivos y son aptas con todo tipo de planchas offset.

Esta serie seca por absorción y oxidación. Pero hay que tener en cuenta, que NO SE RECOMIENDAN ni para embalaje alimentario ni para carteles exteriores, tampoco para soportes plásticos o metalizados.

Offset sheetfed inks from NOVAGAL PRINTING INKS have been designed to improve their efficiency and performance but always complying with the sustainability objectives.

NOVAGAL® PREMIUM contains a high proportion of renewable raw materials and are free of Cobalt ; they are aligned with the standardization parameters of printing ISO 12647: 2.

Our selection of raw materials follows strictly, the exclusion list that EUPIA provides us respecting the CONEG regulation on heavy metals.

The NOVAGAL® PREMIUM series is based, like all our series, on vegetable oils complying with EN 71/3 (suitable for packing toys). It is an ink designed to print in high definition, offering high intensity.

NOVAGAL PRINTING INKS, SL recommends this series for jobs where high brightness and high color definition are required but with this ink should be printed with densities above the standard to enhance the visual effect. Even when printing with extreme optimal density, NOVAGAL®PREMIUM is suitable for reproducing fine lines and screened pictures, like vignettes.

This ink is suitable for commercial printing, for publication and packaging on paper and board supports.

The NOVAGAL® PREMIUM series can be varnished in line with water-based varnishes or in-line and off-line with oil-based varnishes in order to accelerate the final finish.

Regarding the application of UV varnishes, the use of a "PRIMER" varnish is required, emphasizing, in the NO recommendation of the use of IR drying if it is not varnished in line.

As general characteristics of NOVAGAL® PREMIUM:

ü   It has a very high pigmentation.

ü   It has a good mechanical resistance.

ü   It has excellent lithographic stability at all press speeds.

ü   It has an excellent stack capability and good printability

However, a good ink requires a correct use to be able to take better advantage of its qualities.

NOVAGAL®PREMIUM, is duct fresh ink and supplied ready for use. The use of additives is not required. It is suitable for all types of offset printing plates.

This ink dries by absorption and oxidation. But it must be taken into account, that is NOT RECOMMENDED for sensitive food packaging and outdoor posters, or for printing on impervious substrates (films, foils…).
