tinta offset UV que se ha desarrollado

lujosos cartones plegables y al mismo tiempo que ofrezcan el máximo tiempo posible
de exposición en estantería que solicitan los propietarios de marcas.
El nuevo Sistema de tinta,
SunCure Aspire UV, ha sido formulado para exhibir una gran transparencia de
color para ayudar a crear efectos de colores vivos sobre envases metalizados,
lenticulares y holográficos usados con frecuencia para aplicaciones en
productos farmacéuticos, perfumes, licores y POP
Además de ofrecer el carisma
esencial del embalaje que las marcas requieren para los acabados finales en las
aplicaciones de cartón plegable, las tintas UV”SunCure Aspire “ofrecen excelente transferencia,
tolerancia al agua, alto grado de estabilidad litográfica, alta intensidad y
buena resistencia a la luz, lo que asegura un tiempo de exposición consistente
en el tiempo. Este sistema de tinta se ha diseñado para trabajar muy bien con
barnices hechos para efectos especiales con el fin de hacer que los cartones
sobresalgan verdaderamente.
El nuevo sistema de tinta UV no
utiliza ningún foto iniciador de la lista de exclusión que a veces son una
preocupación para los propietarios de marcas y organismos reguladores. Las
tintas UV SunCure Aspire también ofrecen muy buenas propiedades de adhesión
sobre soportes no porosos.
Las tintas UV SunCure Aspire están disponibles con sus bases de alta

Sun Chemical has launched a new
UV offset ink that has been developed to make sophisticated prints that look
beautiful and radiant on luxurious folding cartons and at the same time offer
the maximum shelf exposure time that brand owners request.
The new Ink System, SunCure Aspire
UV, has been formulated to exhibit a high color transparency to help create
colorful effects on metallic, lenticular and holographic containers often used
for applications in pharmaceuticals, perfumes, liquors and POP.
In addition to offering the
essential charisma of the packaging that brands require for the final finishes
in folding cardboard applications, "SunCure Aspire" UV inks offer
excellent transfer, water tolerance, high degree of lithographic stability,
high intensity and good resistance to light, which ensures a consistent
exposure time over time. This ink system has been designed to work very well
with varnishes made for special effects in order to really make the cartons
stand out.
The new UV ink system does not
use any initiating photos from the exclusion list that are sometimes a concern
for brand owners and regulatory bodies. SunCure Aspire UV inks also offer very
good adhesion properties on non-porous substrates.
SunCure Aspire UV inks are available with their high concentration
bases for the manufacture of colors to the sample and meet the color
requirements for GRACoL applications.
