creation of the Joint Venture with Alliance Holding Company LTD (parent company
of Ink Products Company LTD) and will operate under the name of Sun Chemical
Saudi Arabia LTD.
Sun Chemical Saudi Arabia LTD,
leading producer of printing inks in the Arabian Peninsula, will continue its
leadership as a supplier of inks for the packaging and commercial markets in
the region. The joint venture reinforces Sun Chemical's commitment to the
growing packaging printing markets in the Middle East.
Sun Chemical has the majority of
shares in this joint venture.
