Las tintas flexo UV de baja
migración SolarFlex FSP, son tintas diseñadas para imprimir en embalaje
flexible y aplicaciones “narrow web” que son utilizados en la industria de
alimentación, farmacéutica y en aquellos envases donde haya un riesgo
importante de migración.
La característica de baja
migración implica que las tintas cumplen con la norma EC Nº 1935/2004 relativa
a la impresión de embalaje alimentario así como con los criterios de Nestlé
para la producción de sus envases.
Las tintas están fabricadas sin
foto iniciadores tipo ITX, libres de VOC, libres de Bisfenol A y solo se
utilizan los materiales recogidos en la “Swiss Packaging Inks Ordinance “
Las tintas son de alta intensidad, presentan un excelente curado
a elevada velocidad de máquina y muy buena adhesión y capacidad de
recubrimiento sobre gran variedad de soportes destacando el blanco “Electron FD
White”
Estas tintas se pueden barnizar
fácilmente para incrementar el brillo, la resistencia física y química y se
pueden estampar en caliente utilizando un apropiado barniz.
La fabricación de estas tintas
SolarFlex FSP tiene lugar en España por lo cual
su suministro es rápido tanto los 5 colores como los pantones y colores
a la muestra.
Las tintas se suministran con su
correspondiente certificado de baja migración si el cliente lo solicita.

The low migration UV flexo inks
SolarFlex FSP, are inks designed to print in flexible packaging and
applications "narrow web" that are used in the food industry,
pharmaceutical and those packaging where there is a significant risk of
migration.
The low migration characteristic
means that the inks comply with the EC standard No. 1935/2004 regarding the
printing of food packaging as well as the Nestlé criteria for the production of
their packaging.
The inks are manufactured without
ITX type photo initiators, free of VOC, free of Bisphenol A and only the
materials collected in the "Swiss Packaging Inks Ordinance" are used.
The inks are high intensity, have
an excellent curing at high machine speed and very good adhesion and coating
capacity on a variety of supports highlighting the white "Electron FD
White"
These inks can be varnished
easily to increase gloss, physical and chemical resistance and can be hot
stamped using an appropriate varnish.
The manufacture of these
SolarFlex FSP inks takes place in Spain so that their supply is fast both the 5
colors and the pantones and colors to the sample.
The inks are supplied with their
corresponding certificate of low migration if the client requests it.
